Terms & Conditions
The shipment is within 10 days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Fleur Amsterdam will make every effort to deliver the order within the stated delivery time, but cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors.
All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT.
Payment must be made at the time of order via one of the payment methods offered.
The customer must check the delivered product upon receipt for any defects and report defects to us in writing within 14 days of receipt.
If a defect in the product has been reported in time, we will repair or replace the defect as soon as possible.
Complaints about the products or services supplied can be reported via the contact form on our website, and we will respond to them as soon as possible.
Fleur Amsterdam is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of Fleur Amsterdam’s products or services.
Our liability is limited to the amount of the invoice value of the relevant products or services.
These terms and conditions come into effect on Augustus 22, 2023 and apply to all orders placed from that date.
Fleur Amsterdam reserves the right to change or supplement these general terms and conditions.
These general terms and conditions are understood to mean 'in writing': by letter, by e-mail or via the contact form on the Fleur Amsterdam website.
